Rick Simmons

Rick Simmons
Rick is a principal at Dinkum Interactive. With over 25 years of experience in advertising and marketing, 12 years working with the Internet and 9 years working with Internet Marketing, Rick brings an ideal combination of talents to Dinkum.

For the past 5 1/2 years, he has merged his marketing expertise with his Internet knowledge through his work with search engine optimization, and numerous other Internet Marketing strategies. He worked on the team that perfected webcasting in 1999, long before it was part of the mainstream. Little known fact – for his 40th birthday Rick went free fall skydiving – for fun.


Paul Fleming, VP of Interactive ServicesPaul Fleming
Paul is one of the founders of Dinkum Interactive and brings extensive experience in the Online Marketing world with a strong emphasis in Search Engine Optimization. His background in education, communications and marketing have prepared him well for the fast pace of the online world. Nothing pleases him more than seeing a client achieve great success from his initiatives and often requests a cut of the action (mostly without success). Follow him on twitter

Little known fact: Paul was a surf lifesaver at Colloroy and Whale Beach in Sydney, Australia.


Jacob Smith, VP of Client ServicesJacob Smith
Jacob joined Dinkum as a partner in 2010.  As VP of Client Services, Jacob serves as chief project manager and oversees technical implementation on all Dinkum projects. In the business for 9 years, Jacob has led hundreds of projects for a variety of corporate and non-profit clients, and thus is allowed to get away with talking a bit too much at certain meetings…before Paul cuts him off.

Little Known Fact: Trained as a classical bassoonist, Jacob has performed with the Philadelphia Orchestra and was a finalist for a job in the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra.


Regina Sillitti, Project CoordinatorRegina Sillitti
Regina is Project Coordinator for Dinkum Interactive. Regina began her career as a contract programmer/analyst, moving into Business Analysis and Quality Assurance and worked with some of the large industrial and health care companies in the area. Her ability to walk in to a project, quickly grasp information, and communicate effectively with the client is a skill-set that serves her well in the fast-paced online world. Her background in design and data processing give her an edge when speaking with clients and translating client needs into tech speak and vice versa. She is especially happy when tracking down information for clients to help them understand the mysterious SEO processes that are helping them “get found” by their customers.

Little Known Fact: While in Universal Studios in Florida, Regina was chosen from the Fear Factor audience to have five live scorpions dropped on her head, and she has the picture to prove it!


Jennifer Fleming, Content CoordinatorJennifer Fleming
Jennifer is a best-selling writer, journalist, media strategist, and coach. For 17 years, she produced and presented at top-rating radio station, 702 ABC Sydney, in Australia. She’s written 6 books, including international best-seller Spotless: room-by-room solutions to domestic disasters. At Dinkum, she uses the magic of words to connect clients and customers.

Little known fact: At age 10, Jennifer was babysat by Nicole Kidman.


Seth Goldstein, Interactive EvangelistSeth Goldstein
Seth Goldstein is Dinkum’s latest addition. Coming from more than 6 years of Social Media, SEO, Web Design and Internet Marketing experience, Seth brings his expertise to Dinkum as their Interactive Evangelist.

Seth works closely with clients to help them get the most out of the Internet. Extremely active in the Social Media, Blogging and Podcasting communities, Seth brings a new fresh insight to client projects at Dinkum. You can often find Seth gallivanting around Google+ and Twitter. If you find him be sure to say hello.

Little Known Fact: Seth was a professional journalist for four years before entering the Interactive/Internet World.


Meg Smith, Operations ManagerMeg Smith
Meg recently joined Dinkum Interactive as Director of Operations. Her industry experience spans 9 years and includes website design and development, digital resource management, marketing, online strategy, SEO/SEM, and training and support. Meg’s work at Dinkum is focused around client services and education, quality assurance, marketing, and business operations.

Meg comes to Dinkum from Whiteboard Media where she spent the last 8 years, first as principal designer, and since 2005 as the Creative Director. Prior to her time at Whiteboard, Meg worked as an in-house designer and webmistress at a local non-profit, as a digital archivist in both corporate and university settings, and as a classical oboist. Little known fact: Meg has spent countless hours studying nutrition, and is committed to cooking and eating locally grown, whole foods. She is also gluten free and loves to run, read, and knit.


Rand Bradbury
Rand is a Video and Audio Production Specialist with over 10 years of experience working in the Television, Photography, Live Music and Web Video industries. Rand helped to produce the National Pledge Drive for PBS, traveled the country as a Photographer’s Assistant for clients like People Magazine and Kiplinger’s Personal Finance and worked as a Videographer and Photographer for the QVC Shopping Channel and QVC.com. He has worked as a Sound and Equipment Technician for artists like Ani DiFranco, Norah Jones and the Brian Setzer Orchestra at venues ranging from small local clubs to large theatres and stadiums. Rand is keeping up with the quick pace of New Media and currently Produces and Co-Hosts several podcasts and video blogs including The Best Damn Tech Show, Period and The RoadieShow. Rand’s knowledge and expertise in a all aspects of Video, Audio and Web production makes him an invaluable addition to the Dinkum Interactive team.

Little known fact: Rand plays guitar and bass in a Blues/Reggae band, rides a 20 year old motorcycle and can be heard on the web as a voice-over personality


Kelly Dunning, Sales AssistantKelly Dunning
Kelly is the Sales Assistant for Dinkum Interactive. She brings 10 years of marketing/sales experience to the company.  She has excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and helps to keep everyone on track, especially Rick.  She can juggle many tasks at a time and is known as “the mayor” because of her outgoing personality and her ability to get things done in a timely manner.

Little known fact: Kelly has rowed in the Philadelphia Dragon Boat Race for the past 2 years.


Kerrilyn Young, PPC ExpertKerrilyn Young
Kerrilynn is our in-house Pay Per Click expert with 5 years of experience in the Interactive Marketing industry. Her experience includes search engine management, email marketing, display advertising and search engine optimization. She is always up-to-date with industry news and strives to find new and exciting ways to achieve success with every online marketing campaign. Her work at Dinkum includes assisting clients with the development, execution and optimization of paid search campaigns.

Little known fact: Kerrilynn has been an irish dancer for over 15 years.
