Hendrik Ng
Quality Assurance
Hendrik Ng joined Dinkum Interactive in early 2012 as a Quality Assurance expert. Q/A is the process of ensuring the quality of every product by working closely with both the creative and programming teams. Before his Dinkum position, Hendrik worked in the online gaming industry for over 8 years. Hendrik is a big fan of RC Drifting and often spends 6 hours a week at the track.
Paul Fleming
VP of Interactive Services
Paul Fleming is one of the founders of Dinkum Interactive and brings extensive experience in the Online Marketing world with a strong emphasis in Search Engine Optimization. His background in education, communications and marketing have prepared him well for the fast pace of the online world. Nothing pleases him more than seeing a client achieve great success.
Meg Smith
Community Manager
Meg recently returned to Dinkum Interactive after a 6 month sabbatical and is excited to take on the role of Community Manager. Her industry experience spans 10 years and includes website design and development, content writing, online marketing strategy, social media management, SEO/SEM, and digital resource management. Meg comes to Dinkum from Whiteboard Media where she spent 8 years, first as principal designer, and from 2005-2010 as the Creative Director. Prior to her time at Whiteboard, Meg worked as an in-house designer and webmistress at a local non-profit, as a digital archivist in both corporate and university settings, and as a classical oboist.
Regina Sillitti
Project Coordinator
Regina is Project Coordinator for Dinkum Interactive. Regina began her career as a contract programmer/analyst, moving into Business Analysis and Quality Assurance and worked with some of the large industrial and health care companies in the area. Her ability to walk in to a project, quickly grasp information, and communicate effectively with the client is a skill-set that serves her well in the fast-paced online world. Her background in design and data processing give her an edge when speaking with clients and translating client needs into tech speak and vice versa. She is especially happy when tracking down information for clients to help them understand the mysterious SEO processes that are helping them “get found” by their customers.
Pupung Purnama
Developer
Pupung Budi Purnama has been working in the Internet field since 1999. He began as a network administrator, and eventually found his passion in web design and development in 2001. Pupung joined Whiteboard Media in 2010 and transitioned to a full-time position with Dinkum that year after the two companies merged. Wordpress is his favorite platform. He enjoys writing as well as reading, and has authored five books related to the Internet and Web. Pupung also loves sports, cooking, and gaming in his spare time.
Emiliano Jankowski
Director of Special Projects
Emiliano is our Director of Special Projects. After earning his degree in Computer Systems at the Universidad del Salvador in Neuquen (Argentina), Emiliano embarked on a diverse technology career leading high-level development projects around the world. With an early background in ASP, Emiliano also built enterprise web applications in .NET 4 and JAVA before discovering a passion for all things PHP (especially CodeIgniter and WordPress). Embracing the energy of the WordPress platform and community, Emiliano brought his enterprise background to bear on advanced plugin and framework development projects. He now leads Dinkum’s investments in SEO, eCommerce, Membership, and analytics tools for WordPress. After nearly four years in Barcelona, Spain, Emiliano returned to beautiful Neuquen, Argentina from which he directs a global team of designers and developers. In his free time, Emiliano is an avid scuba diver and accomplished amateur photographer.
Jennifer Fleming
Client Services
Jennifer is a best-selling writer, journalist, media strategist, and coach. For 17 years, she produced and presented at a top-rating radio station, 702 ABC Sydney, in Australia. She’s written 6 books, including international best-seller Spotless: Room-by-room Solutions to Domestic Disasters. At Dinkum, she uses the magic of words to connect clients and customers.
Kerrilynn Young
Pay Per Click expert
Kerrilynn is our in-house Pay Per Click expert with 5 years of experience in the Interactive Marketing industry. Her experience includes search engine management, email marketing, display advertising and search engine optimization. She is always up-to-date with industry news and strives to find new and exciting ways to achieve success with every online marketing campaign. Her work at Dinkum includes assisting clients with the development, execution and optimization of paid search campaigns.
Seth Goldstein
Social Media Consultant
Seth Goldstein is Dinkum’s latest addition. Coming from more than 6 years of Social Media, SEO, Web Design and Internet Marketing experience, Seth brings his expertise to Dinkum as a Social Media Consultant. Seth works closely with clients to help them get the most out of the Internet. Extremely active in the Social Media, Blogging and Podcasting communities, Seth brings a new fresh insight to client projects at Dinkum.
Asep Koswara
HTML Developer
Asep Koswara has more than 5 years experience in graphic and web design. He joined Dinkum Interactive in early 2012 as a full time HTML Developer. He spends his days transforming Photoshop designs into semantic xhtml and css, always striving to achieve pixel perfect results. In his free time he enjoys reading, gaming & watching good movies.
Kamal Chaneman
Frontend Developer
Kamal Chaneman joined Dinkum as a Frontend Developer in 2011. He is an HTML and JS magician, transforming website and mobile designs into pixel perfect products. He is a specialist in cross-browser, semantic XHTML and CSS, and is pasionate about creating modern, elegant and functional websites. Previously an accountant, Kamal discovered web design and frontend development in 2007. In his free time he likes playing soccer, traveling, gaming and relaxing.
Andra Yogi
WordPress Theme Developer
Yogi joined the Dinkum team in 2012, bring along his years of experience with WordPress. His specialty is crafting amazing (fast, secure, optimized) WordPress themes from beautiful designs. While he's experienced at Drupal and other platforms, WordPress is what keeps him excited and very, very busy. In his spare time, Yogi likes to play FIFA 12, watch movies, and catch up on his favorite American TV series.
Guillermo Tenaschuk
Senior Wordpress Developer
Guillermo Tenaschuk is a Senior WordPress Developer at Dinkum Interactive. After earning his degree as an Information Engineer at the “Universidad Americana” he started work as a PHP developer with an international company. He has more than 6 years experience in the development of PHP web applications. Embracing the energy of the WordPress platform and community, Guillermo draws on his extensive background to tackle advanced plugin and framework development. In his free time he enjoys going to car races, playing sports and watching sports channels.

Ari is an SEO Specialist at Dinkum Interactive and has more than 4 years of experience. He studied in Melbourne, Australia, and his background is International Business. Before joining the Dinkum team, he worked with several multinational companies in a variety of capacities, ranging from business and marketing strategist, to designer, to SEO. He loves working with SEO and takes great pride in his work. In his spare time, he enjoys working on design (www.thedreamforge.com), spending time with his family, socializing, games, photography and fast cars.
Felix Widjaja
Senior Web Designer
Felix Widjaja is a Senior Web Designer at Dinkum Interactive. In 2005, his childhood passion for the Internet eventually led Felix to specialize in Website design. Earlier in his career, Felix worked as a cellular telecommunications programmer and systems analyst. Felix comes to Dinkum through the acquisition of Whiteboard Media where he worked closely with Jacob and Meg Smith since 2007, producing over 50+ high level websites.
Rand Bradbury
Video, Audio and Web production
Rand is a Video and Audio Production Specialist with over 10 years of experience working in the Television, Photography, Live Music and Web Video industries. Rand helped to produce the National Pledge Drive for PBS, traveled the country as a Photographer’s Assistant for clients like People Magazine and Kiplinger’s Personal Finance and worked as a Videographer and Photographer for the QVC Shopping Channel and QVC.com. He has worked as a Sound and Equipment Technician for artists like Ani DiFranco, Norah Jones and the Brian Setzer Orchestra at venues ranging from small local clubs to large theatres and stadiums. Rand is keeping up with the quick pace of New Media and currently Produces and Co-Hosts several podcasts and video blogs including The Best Damn Tech Show, Period and The RoadieShow. Rand’s knowledge and expertise in a all aspects of Video, Audio and Web production makes him an invaluable addition to the Dinkum Interactive team.
Geronimo Morales

Geronimo is a Systems Analyst with more than six years of experience in software development with several technologies (.Net, PHP, iOS) including advanced knowledge of the popular Symfony PHP framework. In the last few years, he has focused his efforts on advanced web technologies, especially mobile app development for the iOS and Android. In his free times he likes to hang out with friends and to play video games

Mauricio Ostrowski has more than 7 years experience in development of PHP enterprise web applications. Besides being a developer, he has taught at his local university for the past 12 years. Recently, he became interested in programming for mobile devices, especially devices on the Android platform. In his free time he enjoys watching good movies.

Arief Febrianto is a left-handed designer with 8 years experience under his belt. He's worked for companies around the world, creating websites that are filled with "awesome". Outside of web sites, he is an accomplished illustrator, working with branding in a variety of media. His passion since childhood? Drawing. On the weekend Arief indulges his interest in photography and a healthy addiction to movies.
Clariza Look

Clariza recently joined Dinkum Interactive as an SEO Specialist. She earned her degree in Computer Science from Ateneo de Zamboanga, Philippines. She has more than 3 years of experience in managing digital campaigns using both SEO & SEM techniques and has background in web development with Jquery, Wordpress, and Joomla. Her specialty is white link building and has worked in US, UK, and Asian markets. She is excited to bring her passion for marketing and advertising to the team. Outside of work, Clariza loves beaches, tropical places, reggae music, and trekking.

Megan Fentzloff is a Brand Strategist and Design consultant for Dinkum Interactive. Megan specializes in combining creativity with strategic thinking and has over 10 years experience crafting design solutions for a broad range of industries. In her free time, Megan enjoys most everything that involves working with her hands and moving her body. Printmaking, sewing, gardening and exploring the great outdoors are a few of her favorite things to do!
Eliu Cornielle
Video Producer / Graphic Designer
Eliu is a Video producer / graphic designer with over 8 years experience within the industry. He received his Bachelors of Arts in Communications from APEC University in the Dominican Republic. He has also trained in several post-production certification courses at Altos de Chavon School of Design in affiliation with Parsons School of Design in New York City. Eliu enjoys working in video production and post production and takes great pride in his work, making sure that every project he undertakes is done with excellence.
