Customer.com had established a web presence but they were struggling with their visibility. Their site did not rank on search engines, a key area to attaining prospective customers and increasing brand awareness. Dinkum Interactive was involved in consulting with CCG to increase their search visibility. After an extensive research process, DI prepared a recommendations document outlining the requirements in order to increase their position. While customer.com carried out the recommendations, DI made some basic off-page optimization tasks.

After the first month following the website changes performed by Customer.com, the website can now be found through a number of very valuable keywords. On Google, they are listed on page 1 for "Database Marketing " and "Customer Relationship Marketing " and various rare book titles. Search listings on Yahoo! include page 1 results for "Philadelphia Books" and "Inscribed Books". BRB's Alexa ranking has quickly jumped from 781,000 to its current position at 361,000 as of this writing due to a substantial increase of traffic to the website.
