We're getting there. We're actually using a web-based CRM internally called www.zohocrm.com. Fairly new but very slick and within out budget. Previously, we've had experience with Netsuite and Goldmine and even done some of our own customized PHP/MySQL admin systems but database marketing is not our core competency.
