Social Media Success: Sage Software Earns a Fan
Sipping coffee last Saturday morning, I stumbled across a great example of how one company used Twitter to create a loyal fan and advocate.
I suppose that I could set up the story, but I’d prefer to let Andrew Yellis tell his own:
There are a few points that I could make about Sage’s use of Twitter, but what resonates with me most is the establishment of a personal connection. The web is a wild and wonderful place, however it’s easy for users to feel like just one of the crowd. Sage succeeded in creating a personal connection in what regularly feels like an anonymous world.
That’s what social media is all about.
Thanks to @jackschaller for the heads up.
