<p>There are a few points that I could make about Sage’s use of Twitter, but what resonates with me most is the establishment of a personal connection. The web is a wild and wonderful place, however it’s easy for users to feel like just one of the crowd. Sage succeeded in creating a personal connection in what regularly feels like an anonymous world.</p>
<p>That’s what social media is all about.</p>
