So often companies just want to go out and hire someone to do SEO and SMM but they don't have a good website to start with. After all, you have to have a site where people want to visit in order for a marketing campaign to truly work. You can drive traffic, but if visitors don't want to stay and look around, you aren't gaining anything. This is a good reminder.
