Typically we like to meet users where they are. Right now they are heavy adopting ai tools for much of their day-to-day activities. Much of this activity has replaced what they used to do online, mostly go to Google to find something. But now there are far more options, which we would expect as the Internet matures.
For us that may mean adjusting our approach to better accommodate LLM’s and GPT’s if that’s where our clients audience is. It may also mean leveraging the available ai tools our there for businesses as they look to increase internal efficiencies or enhance their service offerings. Ai has given us a wide range of possibilities and we are fully embracing it.
